Vikki Sylvester,

Vikki has an extensive career in the UK education, health and business sectors.
She is an experienced business leader having led in a range of different business contexts and environments ranging from SME’s to being on the board of a listed company. Vikki also holds, and has held, a number of key voluntary roles including both charitable & education related governance and non-Executive/board advisor roles. Currently as part of her Midlands Provider Chair role, Vikki represents all the education providers across the Midlands at national level and sits as a member of the AELP strategic forum engaging with key stakeholders and policy makers in UK education.
During her 7 years with a previous listed business, she gained a wealth of experience for example with mergers and acquisitions, governance and listed regulation.
Vikki holds a Batchelor of Science degree and is a qualified nurse, teacher and ESG practitioner, including developing strategies and implementation. She is also an inspector for a UK government organisation (Ofsted) focused on social justice and quality in the education sector.
Vikki has been recognised for her accomplishments having won awards such entrepreneur of the year, businesswoman of the year and lifetime achievement award in social care. She is regular a keynote speaker and panel member for a number of UK organisations, for example AELP and Apprenticeships for England, sharing insights into the UK education sector.
